Fatima Wolff supervises legal and compliance matters in the Latin America Region (LatAm) for Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC). Her role covers 10 South American nations, Mexico, Central America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean.
Day-to-day, Fatima provides strategic legal and business advice to BSC's LatAm operations. She is also responsible for implementing and sustaining BSC's global compliance program in LatAm, providing guidance and counsel on interactions with healthcare providers and compliance with BSC's policies and Code of Conduct, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, local anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, industry codes, and applicable U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations.
Previously, Fatima served as general counsel with International Meal Company; vice president and assistant general counsel at Norwegian Cruise Line; and senior counsel with Answerthink, Inc. (now known as The Hackett Group), in Miami, Florida. She also gained experience as a senior corporate associate with the Warsaw, Poland office of White & Case and worked with the United Nations International Labor Office in Geneva, Switzerland, as a legal officer in the International Labor Standards Department. She started her career as a commercial litigation associate at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel, in New York City.
Fatima received her bachelor's degree in economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is barred in both Florida and New York.
